Bryce Canyon National Park
This panoramic photograph of Bryce Canyon was taken
by James Blakeway and features a sunrise view of Bryce Amphitheater, one
of Bryce Canyon National Park's most visited areas. Bryce Amphitheater
is the largest amphitheater in the park. Trails along the rim and through
the amphitheater allow for spectacular views for the more than 1.5 million
visitors the park has each year. The pillars of rock throughout the amphitheater
are called Hoodoos. Hoodoos are created by erosion that has shaped the
colorful formations into what start as fins, and then further erode into
pinnacles and spires.
A breathtaking look at Southern Utah's beautiful badlands! This spectacular
poster features famed panoramic photographer James Blakeway's early morning
look down into the Bryce amphitheater, a spectacular canyon formed after
millions of years of uplift and erosion. Whether you have gone rock climbing,
rappelling, hiking or skiing in the canyon, are a lover of America's southwestern
high desert, or are simply looking for some unbelievable nature photography,
this is for you! A rare, beautiful poster for your wall.
